Founder and CEO

A qualified accountant, registered tax agent and Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Mark is also a Clinician with a background in trauma care. He has worked with companies through to exit, including BioRez (Conmed), Theracell (Isto Biologics) and Volpara Health (Lunit), and has been a Stanford GSB Visiting Industry Fellow since 2017.
Daniela Marini
Financial Controller

Daniela looks after Straterra's financial control, administration and operations, across our internal business. She brings experience across the medical, consumer and technology markets, and coordinates the back-office functions that keep our team and clients working together smoothly.
John Riley

John is a CPA and financial adviser with over 25 years’ experience running a successful accounting and tax practice. He works with businesses, not-for-profits and individuals, providing practical advice beyond tax compliance to help clients achieve their business objectives. His formal qualifications include accounting and financial planning.

A Clinician by training, Paul has more than 30 years of executive leadership across healthcare, digital health and consulting in Australia, the UK and the US. He played a foundational role in the development of SNOMED CT and Australia's national medicines and prescribing infrastructure, and was CEO of MediSecure.
Riley Powers
Senior Accountant & Consultant

Riley is a CPA with more than six years' experience across finance, reporting and systems. He comes to Straterra from Telstra Health, where he worked in commercial finance before leading finance transformation programs across its global entities, including system rollouts, project accounting and reporting for executive decision-making.
